STORE POLICIES & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! Hopefully you love everything you purchased from us. However, if something did not work out, we’re here to help! Please read the following.
Items must be returned in store, or postmarked within 21 days of receipt. Returns must include the original invoice.
No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, only ONLINE STORE CREDIT.
Before returning an item, please be sure that your return meets ALL the return requirements.
- The Loft Boutique will not assume responsibility for any damaged items during shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 7 days of the package's original delivery.
- Customers may return any unused, unworn item, with tags attached. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. We inspect each item before we package and send them out to you. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will NOT be accepted for return.
- Shoes being returned need to be shipped in the original shoe box. Damaged shoes or shoe boxes will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return based upon its returned condition. The unacceptable items will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
- Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time you ship the product.
After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notification via email of their store credit amount.
No returns on jewelry, handbags, accessories, and intimates. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Sale items include all items purchased at a discounted price.
All online orders that require overnight shipping MUST be placed no later than 1 p.m.
